Peacefully, on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Poseidon Care Centre, Rachel Remillard passed away at the age of 95 years.
Rachel was predeceased by her beloved husband Wilfrid; her daughter Donna Ames. She will be lovingly remembered by her son David; son-in-law Neil Ames; grandson Kevin (Terri-Ann) Ames; granddaughters, Lauren (Kyle) Brownell, Sandra Owen; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Morgan Ames, Joscelyn, OIyvia, Adelyn, Owen Brownell; and numerous other family members.
In accordance with Rachel’s wishes, a private family graveside service will be held at Glen Lawn Cemetery.
Many thanks to family and friends who visited and assisted Rachel through the years.

I was at my Auntie Sally’s funeral Gauvreau and the person I kept looking for was Rachael. Rachel always was a beautiful lady with a smile. She was a beautiful person inside and out I missed her so much that I looked up the obits because Rachael wouldn’t miss Sally’s funeral. I just want to tell you your mom was very Special.
